    Bodymax!!!

    Yeah, BodyMax is an "experience" in fitness! ;) But it really has it all, a tough cardio segment, lower body circuits and then a good upper body workout! You really feel the workout after that 90 minutes! :D Donna Fitness~ It's a journey, not a race!

    cathe step

    I agree that Step Heat is a good place to start for Cathe step. I just did it this morning myself and thought aloud how easy to follow it is because Cathe's cueing was just so perfect! Either Step Heat or Step Jam would be good starts. Donna Fitness~ It's a journey, not a race!

    For learning form I think Kathy Smith's kickboxing workout is a good one! She teaches the punches and jabs at a safe pace and there are drills at the end for kicking. You'll outgrow it after a spell, but initially it is a good one for learning good form. Another decent one would be PowerStrike...
