Peanuts is right - contact customer service if you want a shipping notice. That's what I did and they sent me a UPS receipt. It comes under the title America Telecast Products LLC... I had no clue what that was and almost deleted it! But they're on their way! :)

Jodi's right - the minute I sent them an e-mail asking about my order I quickly received a shipment notice. Making the customers ASK isn't the best way to run a business, though! But it does seem that if you pester them they'll reply LOL... :P

My e-mail seemed to light a spark too - just got a confirmation of shipment from UPS that mine should be arriving next Wednesday. I'm in MA so I would guess that anyone on the east coast should get theirs around that time too. Yay! :)

I pre-ordered on July 14th but have received no follow-up information. Sort of regretting pre-ordering Cathe's new series but I'm hoping that it will be easier since she seems to be doing it through her production company. :(

Me too, aqua girl! This is ridiculous! I've never dealt with a company who charges you and doesn't give you any information about your purchase! I too am happy (and jealous LOL) for those who received theirs but to just drop it off at the door without any sort of receipt? How could you...

I like standing abs as well but will be happy with whatever Cathe puts out there since there a lot of effective standing ab routines on youtube; Jessica Smith does floor work but she also does of a TON of free standing abs workouts. Only a suggestion and I hope it helps! :)

I hope you're able to use it soon to let us all know what it's like but I confess that I'm really jealous! I'm in MA and don't expect to see an e-mail until next week.... please update us (me LOL) on what your impressions of the Fit Tower are! :)

I second that! I feel so sorry for those affected by the weather, especially in Louisiana. That poor state seems to have non-stop suffering. As Peg said we are here for anyone dealing with any of this. (((Hugs)))

I agree about not having the correct information, aqua girl! It's very frustrating to see one thing on their site (i.e. Fit Tower will ship 1 to 2 weeks after order is placed) and while knowing that was wrong to have even more misinformation is annoying. As long as I receive it I'll be happy...

Me too.... I keep checking my bank account hoping to see the charge (LOL the first time ever I'm HOPING for a credit card charge!) but so far nothing. I'm hoping something will happen by the end of tomorrow but am not counting on it... :(
