    I'm curious about Cathe Live too - how are you all watching the videos? Did you buy the Chromecast and go through all the tech mumbo-jumbo? Or do you just watch it on your laptop or phone? I'm on the fence because I'm not sure if my TV supports Chromecast.... :confused:

    Thank you so much for those great ideas, Jane! Your suggestion regarding posture and inserting stretches throughout the day are perfect since I hardly ever pay attention to posture and don't stretch as often as I should. Weird how some days the soreness is bad and some days it isn't, huh...

    Me too aqua girl - not too intense isn't a bad thing without modifying! I liked the music and how peppy Cathe was, although I agree that it was odd not seeing the usual folks. Didn't matter to me as barre is different and you don't need a huge crew. Cathe was smart to focus on herself alone...

    I hope so too aqua girl... although I got my order the Fit Tower company doesn't seem that well organized. I know I wrote this before but I really had to be a thorn in their side to even get a UPS number and estimated shipping date! Good thing I'm an expert at being a pest LOL! :D

    There's a new trend - #mermaidthighs (I think) as a rebuke to the crazy thigh gap issue. The idea is to be proud of thighs that touch, just as a mermaid's do! :)

    I bought it for the same reason as SarBear and labnick - hoping that more advanced workouts were on the way. That's how it sounded when the pre-sale started. I'm going to guess (just a guess!) that after Cathe finishes her Strong & Sweaty series and it's released she'll film some more DVDs...

    I agree too! I'm hoping Total Body Giant Sets is a serious weight lifting DVD as I LOVE strength training - I haven't watched clips of Cathe doing it Live but it sounds good! :)
