    I can do a plank but NOT with a dumbbell - I modify the exercise in XTrain Bi's & Tri's by just doing regular kickbacks with a heavy weight. It doesn't target the core the same way but at least it works the triceps!

    Yep those are the two (Total Body Giant Sets and Compound Giant Sets)! Total Body is longer and kicked my butt but I'm sure both are equally awesome! :D

    I bought a set from Amazon last spring and they've held up great (link is below) - includes light, medium, heavy, extra heavy and a little bag to hold all of them. They're pretty sturdy and not too expensive... just an idea and I hope this helps! :)...
