Hi Jane - are you still having problems with CatheLive on your Roku? I’m debating whether I should buy one so that I can pause & rewind CatheLive - it’s irritating doing that from my iPad.

Yes - I did the level 3 rotation in the ICE user guide. I had to get up earlier in the day because some days require more time, but it was worth it.

Well I was loving it until I sprained my ankle and had to take a break for 3 weeks. Not the fault of the workout, it was completely unrelated. Can't wait to get back into it!!

I'm really looking forward to this new series. I just sprained my ankle and can't workout for the next 2/3 weeks so this will be a perfect way to ease my way back into workouts.

I'm starting the XTrain + RWH + To the Max & Cross Fire rotation starting tomorrow. I just finished the 4-week advanced ICE rotation with really good results, so I feel I'm up to a challenge.

I just finished a 4-week rotation of the ICE Series, including doing all of the Blizzard Blasts and Muscle Meltdowns. I had excellent results and noticeable improvements in my core strength and upper body strength. I'm so looking forward to LITE.

Watching that clip makes me want to subscribe to Cathe Live - looks like so much fun!

I've noticed that two of my dvds don't have the bonus abs - its kind of annoying when I'm doing one of the workouts and want to also do the abs, but have to switch to a different dvd. I just thought it was planned this way. Is this a mistake??

They look like Everlast MMA Kickboxing gloves that I found on Amazon - they weigh 454 grams/16 ounces. I’m assuming that’s 8 oz per glove or 1/2 pound per glove. I guess it adds a little bit more intensity to the workout.

Can anyone tell me what gloves Cathe and crew are wearing in the FitSplit Boxing Bootcamp workout? Just wondering if they are weighted gloves. Thanks! Melanie

I'm glad to hear you're going to use the same case that was used for the ICE Series. The case for the FitSplit series doesn't work very well for me - the two DVDs on the left side of the package don't pop in properly, so the DVD sitting on top is always loose kicking around in the case. I...
