Fit Split Boxing Bootcamp Gloves?

Can anyone tell me what gloves Cathe and crew are wearing in the FitSplit Boxing Bootcamp workout? Just wondering if they are weighted gloves.

I just came on the forum to post this exact question! I hope someone answers. Are they weighted? I do have traditional 14oz weighted gloves (from Hard Strikes), but these are quite different.

I thought someone said not weighted. More for looks and frame of mind. Correct me if I’m wrong. I wear weighted ones for all her kickboxing workouts.

They look like Everlast MMA Kickboxing gloves that I found on Amazon - they weigh 454 grams/16 ounces. I’m assuming that’s 8 oz per glove or 1/2 pound per glove. I guess it adds a little bit more intensity to the workout.

These are the gloves from the Fitsplit Boxing. They are not weighted gloves. They have slight padding over the nuckles. I have similar gloves and really enjoy them. Sometimes the bigger heavy bag gloves don't let me move as good or fast as these smaller ones. Hope this helps.
