    Hi Cathe, I have watched a few workouts with a bar called land mine exercises, I experimented in my room by putting a tennis ball with a cut in it in the corner and inserted the weight bar with some weight on just a small plate to try and it was effective and fun!     I believe I have only seen the workout times of the new Perfect 30 series and the premixes have yet to be posted. Hope to see the premixes soon and if I'm wrong can someone post where I can find them :) I looked through the links Bayerngirl posted and all I saw was workout times of each segment...

    I love them too, would be awesome to have another series with them again! With different moves like jillybean said, so muscle and mind are challenged differently and I would love the option of having them right in the premixes :) :cool:
