    Tricia.. In my opinion..I'd wait about 6 weeks before uding S & H again...when I do rotations, I do them for 6 week intervals...in about that time, your body will be needing different exercises to keep it guessing, which is what you want for maximum results.

    KM Leg Cond. Drills??

    I did the whole workout today...and loved every minute of it..I let my heart rate come down in between the blasts and the leg drills...I had to stop during the first drill for some extra stretching and I usually have to half-time Cathe's speed on the drills, but what a great feeling when I finished!
