    Protein grams per day rule of thumb...?

    I believe it's 1.25 to 1.75 grams of protein per pound of muscle weight and 1 to 1.5 grams of carbohydrates per pound of body weight, and keep the fat intake at 20 percent. Susan C.M.

    What do you use to make protein shakes?

    When I make a protein shake, I use a hand blender. I *think* it's Braun. It comes with a large cup with measurements on the side. After I blend the shake, I unplug it, rinse/wash it off, wipe it dry and put away.

    gymstyle ???

    I use the GS's all the time and I haven’t bulked. The weights used are moderate to heavy, but the pace is faster than S&H and I'd say a bit slower than PS. The band is incorporated a lot in these workouts, which I think add lots of definition to your muscles.
