It’s nice to know that I’m not the only re-user of retired mats. We replaced a 7’x7’ manduka with Cathe’s round mat and repurposed all but a small piece, which I’m keeping because I know I’ll find a use for it. :D

I originally cut two circles out of an old mat for use on top of our rotation discs. They fit the balance discs perfectly so I ended up with a two for one. I can’t seem to add a picture but I’ll keep trying. Lannette

I bought the longer bands for DH but he hasn’t gotten to use them yet because I love them too much to share. I may have to get him another set for Christmas.

I preorder DVDs and order fitness products from Cathe to show support. She’s the only one of my top fitness instructors who still produces DVDs. What she produces is still (IMO) world class. Her premixes allow me so much freedom to meet my body where it’s at and where it’s at changes...

Great Troll story! Yes I loved Trolls and that Troll house. One summer my Aunt bought me a little troll and a metal box and a variety of different colored felt squares. She showed me how to make a troll wardrobe out of felt. I was in troll heaven. :)
