The Lift, Move & Restore DVDs have all arrived along with Cathe’s first round of shipping elves who are hard at work packing things up for shipping!

Everything looks GREAT and we are so excited to finally have the series in stock and ready to share with all of you!

Our first postal pickup will happen tomorrow afternoon and then we will continue shipping on Friday and through part of next week.

We generally try to get all pre-orders out within a couple of days, but the Thanksgiving holiday is limiting the postal services pickup availability! Rest assured though, that we are working overtime and doing everything we can to move things along as quickly as possible!

This year is my first sole download pre-order. I feel sad cause it's the first time in years I do not have to wait for that white parcel
Sorry it is hard to get over dvds. It is a habit I know.
Just had to share how I feel.
That being said, I am looking forward to my downloads . Let's the party begin.

not surprised......the way things have been and are going for me at this time, I doubt that
I will even receive them.

I know the feeling. I changed to downloads for STS2, partly because I had a two week wait for the postal service, including customs. I still like DVDs, but downloads are faster For me. Except I haven’t received my code yet.

In my head, i am still debating if I should completely switch to downloads. The thought of planning and making time to make premixes is somehow discouraging. I really like dvds mainly because of premixes.
download is the best option to avoid the inconvenience caused by customs.

Well, apparently ordering in the morning of the first day, Feb. 7th, 2024 and paying extra
for Priority Mail service means nothing. Why am I not surprised............

IMPORTANT:

Downloads should be available the day after DVDs begin shipping. If you have trouble downloading it's best to wait a day and try again when server traffic is less and the digital files have had more time to propagate to more cloud servers. If you have lost your download claim code make sure to contact our customer service team ASAP. If you're an International customer, or if you paid by Amazon Pay your code will be sent to you shortly.

I received the instructions to download my workouts about 7 hours ago.
I am an international customer. Who live in Europe.
So the workouts are being delivered to us within the reasonable time scale as promised. Thank you cathe.com

Yes, the code came here in Canada as well. The postal strike continues so downloads are the only way to get the series right now.so I’m very glad I choose downloads this time.
