Well, looks like mine didn't ship today either..........how do I cancel & get my $$$ back.
As I have learned from experience, you cannot rely on the USPS tracking information. I have looked up tracking to say it will be here on a certain day and it's not. Then others say what yours is saying, waiting for package, then it's delivered without them ever scanning it or the scan it the day it will be delivered. I know it's hard to handle when things are mishandled, just hang in there. Maybe they did ship and they just haven't scanned it yet.

Thanks so much. I don't visit the forums much and was waiting for some sort of email notice or info on the description page. Fingers crossed for a smooth process and a great new series.

Apparently all I have is a label…..no indication of shipping today. Maybe that is the
norm…but not acceptable to me. Do I just email CS and request cancellation & refund?
how long will it take to receive refund on cc used?? Second, how do I cancel
OnDemand, within the account details page?
