Mine says it's scheduled to be here Monday. But this is the WORST time of the year for on time shipping so I'm not believing that until my eyes spy that white pkg in my mailbox
The pkg is in PA right now.
I did receive a tracking #, label was created, that’s all, hasn’t shipped….well, that’s all I got to say…except this is my last dvd order……ordering early Feb. 7th and paying extra for priority mailing, IMHO, mine should have been on the way already as well… just my opinion…..and like many other things, everyone has one. I know other companies that I have ordered from, when you request priority mailing and you are paying the extra charge, they, the company, will treat it as priority as well. At least that has been my experience. Enjoy!!

We ordered in May. After getting the email yesterday that we could download LM&R, I went back to check my receipt thinking maybe I had mistakenly ordered downloads instead of the dvds. To my relief, the receipt says dvds.
No tracking number yet, so I'm not expecting them until sometime next week. But I'd be a bit put out too if I had ordered on day #1 & paid for expedited shipping.Here's to reading early reviews from the download Cathletes!

When we ship pre-sale DVDs we don't ship in the exact order of when you ordered, that's just not possible to do. We always divide our presale orders into batches based on the order date, but each batch could have 1000 or more orders. Once we start processing a batch we have no idea which order is #1 and which is #1000. Hence, if the postal service comes for a pickup and we are not done with the batch we are working on, then they take whatever we have completed in that batch. This means that order #1 might not be picked up and order #1000 might be picked up. Regardless, any packages from the 1st batch will go with the packages from the 2nd batch.
Also, hundreds of people will never get any tracking whatsoever, yet their packages will arrive just fine. Skipped scans happen all the time.
FYI: We handle all packages the same regardless of shipping method. This is true even for Next Air packages. We also don't really see much of a difference in shipping times for priority packages as compared to our normal USPS shipping method.
Because we have forums where everyone can compare order dates and times, what might seem true isn't because there are all kinds of variables that you are not aware of. There is not a week in our life where Amazon, FedEx, UPS, or the postal doesn't lose or delay a package we were supposed to receive. So, it happens to us too. Shipping is just not 100% perfect.

Hopefully, you were able to re-coop most of the costs using the insurance provided by the Priority mail.
Hopefully, nothing like that happens this time.........what I have learned this week in dealing
with the ultimate family sadness, is life is too short to "sweat the small stuff"...but unfortunately this is "bigger stuff" to me than it should be.....but sometimes distractions
as simple as new workouts can somewhat help ...............hopefully they will arrive safe &

I'm super excited that the workouts are on their way! Thank you to the whole crew. I work at a retail company and sometimes I'm one of the many packing out orders. Of course we are hitting our peak season and will be working hard so others can enjoy their holidays. These new workouts will give me something daily to enjoy when I get home after working my tail off!

ummmm, looking all over this website for download instructions for these workouts purchased way back in July but can't find them. I still have the code y'all sent. Some folks apparently have access already. Please advise; i'd like to get what I paid for (at long last).
