    I use an air compressor. I slightly overblow it so by the time I get the pin back in, it is the right firmness. (not too much air was released)

    The BOSU workouts I do would not work with the balance disc. I jump, stand, hop on the BOSU or flip it over and lift it above my head, or use it in planks. Just isn't the right size, weight or shape. BOSU also has a non slip bottom, whereas the disk is all rubber ball. Perhaps other BOSU...

    Hiccups between chapters in STS 2.0

    This is happening to me (I am late to the game and just started the DVDs!). Today was The Total Body Stretch DVD. I got about 7 hiccups, not necessarily between chapters, but also during a move. I checked on 3 players, and happens at same time on all 3 players.

    STS 2.0 & Workout Manager

    Hi Cathe Team! Is there a way to put STS 2.0 in workout manager the same way you put STS 1.0 in workout manager....in its own category. STS 1.0 is under "STS" in the first dropdown menu whereas STS 2.0 is under "DVD" lost with all the other DVDs Cathe offers. Thanks for your consideration.

    I have! I usually do a 3 month STS 1.0 rotation several times per year, as it is my favorite with the best results. I was going to do a 4 month STS 2.0 rotation first and then do a combo 1.0 & 2.0 rotation as you were planning....alternating weeks. I figure after I do my first full 2.0...

    Anyone know if there are WORKOUT SHEETS for STS 2.0? Like the ones for STS 1.0 where you can write down your weights, reps and notes. That is all I am waiting for to start the new series! I already created my rotation months ago and don't need the full guide. Thanks, I am so excited. :)

    Flooring in videos

    Cathe, Can you please share what flooring you have in your videos? I see that what looks like wood planks have a bounce in them. Or anyone else - any recommended full-room flooring that has softness/bounce (other than rubber mats). Thanks!

    STS 2.0 rotation w/ 1.0 Squat Rack

    I have always used both the vest and the barbell in the STS Squat Rack workouts. All the ladies in the video do. I use a 20lb vest, and I believe the ladies do also. I tried on a 40 lb vest and it weighed my breasts down so much it hurt and made it hard to breathe.
