I don't have many JS dvds, but I do have this one. Yeh, agreed, it's pretty good. Thanks for mentioning it!This actually makes me think of Jessica Smith's DVD, "Build Balance and Inner Strength". It consists of three all standing, 30 minute workouts, one of which is called "Core Control". You will definitely work on balance and core with this one, and it is NOT boring. I find it fun myself. Definitely a workout for light days/beginners though. It would be great if Cathe could do an advanced version of a workout like this.
