    Siobhan, glad you go to exercise with Today I did a mix of T&D for abs and arms - 33 minutes. I added on 15 minutes of an upper body (bodyweight) growingananas YT workout. It was good to exercise! I know what you mean.

    Today I did Boss Loops Glutes and Core express floor and abs only for 35 minutes followed by Step Boss Extended Lying Stretch for 10 minutes. Hope I don't aggravate my leg but it felt good! Siobhan, safe travels! Nora, hello to you!

    Siobhan, interesting workout with Xtrain for bi's and tri's (geesh, forgot how challenging that one is) and added on YT Growingananas (?) 15 minute Bruno Mars Tabata (uhhh dying!). Growingananas - what the heck is that? I'll have to google it!

    Today, I ended up taking Macy for a morning walk because my right leg is acting up again. We found a beautiful sunflower field, about two - three acres of beautiful giant sunflowers. Private property or I would have taken a few.

    ChelePA, well, I was going to find a good glute and ab Cathe live workout for Saturday, but I just might switch to the 505 glute camp. Then I can find a 10 - 15 min ab workout to add one. Thanks for the idea!!

    So I tried S&S Ramped Up Upper Body

    Good point on going down in weights, not only for the cardio affect but also for correct form. That's what is hard for me going heavy with high reps and heavy weights. I try to keep good form, so I don't suffer an injury and at my age that is super important.

    ChelePA - CD's Live Step! Step workouts are not my favorite and that's probably because I am terrible at it but do love it when I finally get the moves down. I really need to do more of it and wondering if I can slow down the pace without putting it on slo mo mode??
