    Cathe workouts using just DBs and a bench

    I do almost every move with dumbbells except backrows. I use a barbell for them. I have a bad shoulder (realized recently from ripping cardboard boxes..part of my job stocking in retail grocery) and can't hoist a heavy bar up.

    I've read in a couple publications that chocolate milk is a good recovery drink. I used it for a while but not enough to comment on results. I went to RiteAid yesterday to price Gold Standard and I think I'll try chocolate milk again. I know protein powders are expensive but not knowing how...

    On the Workout Manager the optional premix window for the Pyramid DVD doesn't show the Pyramid Combo premix. Could you please fix this. I love this premix and want to add it to the calendar. Thanks.

    A heavy weight drop set type workout preferably total body but maybe a 2 day split with a premix total body workout like the Pyramid DVD has.

    Yeah..I was yelling at the T.V.!!! No way could I do some of that stuff. This 55 yr. old body is in pretty good shape but no way could I roll up and get my butt off the mat:D I will say my ab muscle are screaming!!! And I did the workout Christmas Day and they still are sore! Great workout!!

    I just completed MMA boxing AND the bonus bag segment!

    Can this workout be done w/o a heavy bag? I previewed the clip and I might try it with my Cathe weighted gloves. Hubby won't let me get a bag. I have very bad hands (repetitive work injury) and I complain about my hands all the time so no bag for me.
