MIC is a mix of hi/lo and step but I think any cardio will do
BodyMax is circuit training so any other circuit will work (BC, LIC, DM, BM2, HSC, SJP, C&W, The Terminator dvd etc.)
Imax is an interval workout so imax 2 or 3. If you dont have those you could do the walk/run Cathe sometimes...
