    Moves you're glad no one else sees you doing!

    Let's see...I do not know if I have a particular move that I don't want anyone else to see, but I have TRIPPED a few times, and felt so embarrassed even when no one was around (luckily). The only benefit is, is if you manage to not sprain your ankle, falling does get that heart rate going!!!

    Why don't I get a good workout with kickboxing drills?

    I am having a similar problem as Adrienne. Although the blasts in the kickboxing videos get my heart rate up, the kick/punch combos just dont do it for me. Also, I have a hard time getting all the small lower movements in--hip turns etc--that give the punces their power.
