I forgot to add that you will need to choose which type of rotation you downloaded into your calendar and then choose it in the list, then you can change the date & add to calendar. Hope that makes sense.
Hi Stacelina73 - just go into the Workout Manager, click on "rotations" then choose "edit/delete" rotation, then you can change the date in your calendar for when you wanted to have that rotation start.
Hubby and I haven't been able to work out this past week and this one really kicked our butts! My abs were too spent to do all the raised frog crunches, but definitely excited to work up to these! Thanks Cathe for another killer workout!
