    Monday I did KCM strong & lean workout 2 for cardio. Yesterday was STS disc 2 & Jessica Smith 1 mile interval walk. Today my body decided I needed a rest day, so I did Jessica Smith total body balance core stretch and yoga for balance & core strength.

    I may join you! I've been contemplating doing it again but my schedule has been a little crazy and I haven't had the energy for hour-long workouts. This month I am working on cleaning up my diet and getting back into my morning workout routine, so I should be good to go by then.

    Yes! Try Gingko Biloba. I had a mild case for a couple of months and I think taking it once a day helped.

    Running shoes to lift

    I have to wear running shoes for everything (per my podiatrist) as I have problem feet. I've been doing a variety of Cathe workouts in them for over a year and haven't had any issues, minus the occasional cardio clumsiness.

    Bundle Mania - Should I get ICE?

    I find some of the workouts to be intense enough without the blizzard blasts! But obviously everyone’s fitness level is different. It’s a great series and very versatile, I don’t think you’d regret buying it.
