I received a shipping notice as well for UPS. I was thinking to myself didn't I choose USPS because it does seem to come faster than UPS. No worries I have enough workouts to keep me busy though. I hope Cathe is doing ok which is the most important thing.

Well these songs are not from Xtrain but I would like to see if anybody knows them: IMAX2 - the 1st combo/blast song Pyramid lower body - the song when they are doing the knee squeezes with the orange ball on the floor. I think song goes pretty much to the end of the workout. If anybody knows...

I don't have Pure Strength either so I am just going to do the Xtrain legs and upper body instead. Maybe you could something like that as well :)

I tried changing my plates a few time but just can't seem to change them as fast as Cathe and crew so I use the dumbbells now. I need to try the workout with my weighted vest and see how I do. Thanks for bringing this up :)

I did Tabatacise 1-5 + Core#1 yesterday as well and today was Supersets :)

Cathe/SNM i want to thank you all for allowing those of us that cannot make the RT to be able to watch. I think this year's classes were the best by far, I could really see everyone's energy. The quality was so much better than in previous years, so clear and crisp. Thanks again for coming up...

After XTrain 90 day I went back and did the March rotation, think I will go back and do the April rotation next.
