I was thinking that too. It seemed in Hardcore she was going for more of a bodybuilding cut look, extremely low body fat. Now she looks more "normal" to me and I too would like to know how she's adjusted her training and diet for the two looks-which are both fantastic.

Your DVD remote should have a fast play/slow play button. You just tap the button until it shows the desired speed. If you don't have that button, you may not have that capability. Beth

I'm going to do this one playing my DVD at 80% of normal speed. Its so much easier to learn that way, and the cueing is more in advance of the move that way also, so better for learning. I have a Sony inexpensive DVD player and just love the fast play/slow play option on it. Beth
