I was previewing some older DVDs from the hardcore series and was struck by how different you looked in those compared to post STS videos. Not bad in either of course but it looks like you are carrying more muscle now? Just curious if this is deliberate and have your workouts changed significantly over the years? You're stunning in all videos of course I'm curious also for my own workouts since the look I am going for is similar to the Hardcore Series look and wanted to know if perhaps you were doing quite a it more cardio at that time or lighter weight?
