Yesterday's Crossfit workout went like this:
Squat Jerk: work up to 2RM (75#), then 1x2@95%, 90%.
Clean: 2 reps (65#) every minute on the minute for 5 minutes
WOD: 3 rope climbs, 25 wall balls, 25 TTB, 3 rope climbs, 25 wall balls, 25 TTB, 3 rope climbs. I tore my fingers to pieces...
