    do three days of 1 hour cardio & three days of 1 hour total body (think Muscle Max type of workouts) or 1/2 hour cardio days followed by 1/2 hour of weight training? Total workout days are six. Thanks in advance!

    Adding in running...how slow do I start?

    I looked at the couch-to-5k program and it looks a bit easy for someone who's been doing cardio. That said, I realize that running uses your muscles differently (you know what I mean) so starting that slowly might be what's needed. Input please. Thanks in advance!

    I finally started back working out the third week of January. I work out anywhere from 5 to 6 days/week. I was doing 30 min. of cardio and alternating UB & LB each day. I've switched to using TLT & Cathe (only within the last week) but now I've gained 5 lbs and the scales keep creeping up...

    I found this out this morning! I did EfM...I liked it. TL is VERY different from Cathe. I had a hard time with the warm-up...had to rewind a couple of times since there really was not much warning. She does better later. Thanks for the input!
