TLT/Cathe rotation--should I spend a week or two learning the TLTs

Where did you buy your TLT's? How much was the shipping? I went to fitness organica to take advantage of the $5.00 VF discount but the workouts were not available. TIA!

I got mine from FO. So sorry about them being out-of-stock. Someone posted that Tracie would mail media (?) if requested. You might try that (of course, I think it takes a little longer).
 
I just ordered from collage. For ordering 4 items, collage gives a $3.00 discount so shipping was about $6.00. I figured these workouts are probably worth it! Thanks for the reply!

A typo! I was thinking faster than I was typing. Sorry...it was supposed to be FO (fitness organica). Glad to hear about the "discount" at collage. I'll have to keep that in mind.

If you decided you want to order gliding discs (instead of using plates or whatever) I got mine at dynamix. They were only $15 (I think).
 
Thanks so much! I have gliding disks that I bought at Walmart with Mindy Mylrea's workout. Have you decided on a rotation yet? I just started the Febuary rotation yesterday. I may alternate the TLT's with a long cardio challenge, a short cardio challenge, and a total body weight workout.

I recommend doing a 'preparatory" week (or two) using the TLT's alternating with cardio and stretching. The stability work you get from the TLT"s will help make your Cathe workouts more productive and effective, IMO. Also, this will help you get used to the TLT's (there's quite a learning curve with them, so throw out your ego, and get ready to wobble a bit, or feel awkward, or use much lighter weights than you're used to!
 
I found this out this morning! I did EfM...I liked it. TL is VERY different from Cathe. I had a hard time with the warm-up...had to rewind a couple of times since there really was not much warning. She does better later.
