I recommend doing a 'preparatory" week (or two) using the TLT's alternating with cardio and stretching. The stability work you get from the TLT"s will help make your Cathe workouts more productive and effective, IMO. Also, this will help you get used to the TLT's (there's quite a learning curve with them, so throw out your ego, and get ready to wobble a bit, or feel awkward, or use much lighter weights than you're used to!
