Hi Kathleen and Deni, I just read this and remember reading somewhere on here that the reason that girl only does the warm-up and cool-down on Step Heat was because she was pregnant. I guess her doctor wouldn't let her do anymore. Just thought this might clear up the mystery. :-) Sandy

Hi! This one is tough to learn but once you do you will love it!! What helped me the most was to keep watching it and paying very close attention to her feet and where she was on the step, which direction she turns, etc. Keep going, you will have it in no time!! Good Luck!! Sandy:-)
