    Most Unfavourite Move ....

    My least favorite moves are dynamic outer thigh and lunges off the narrow end of the step. Ricochets are tough, too. I enjoy doing the cha-cha and mambos off the step. They break up the athleticism of some of the routines, and they're fun to me.

    Favorite NON-Cathe Workouts??

    Kelley Coffey-Meyer's "Get Ready, Step, Go" is a great workout!! That's the only non-Cathe workout I like. Has anyone else tried it?

    I recently bought Kelly Coffey-Meyer's dvd "Get Ready, Step, Go." It is a great step/interval workout, and she is not annoying at all. :-)

    Help choosing next video please!?!?

    Two great ones (my favorites) are Step Blast and Imax 2. Step, Jump and Pump also has step plus floor work, and you can bypass the weight training portion if you get the dvd. I love all of these!!

    Melody, Glad to hear you're getting new workouts soon!! I ordered three the other day--SB/SJP, Imax 2/C&W, and KPC/LG. Like you, I had all these on video but can't wait to get the premixes!! I am interested in a yoga dvd--which ones do you recommend? Thanks for the help! Valpak:-)
