    Today was STS MESO 1 disc 4 Chest, shoulders and biceps. Did I count about 150 push-ups total??? Meso 1 is really fast paced and when working the upper body there's always need to adjust the 1Rpm now and then... I worked hard but I'm glad to see that I was not the only one :-)
