One of these days I am going to go through and see if any of you nice ladies can help me lose 2-3 stinkin pounds that just won't budge!!! I am sooo frustrated and even with the added different workout for cardio and upping my intensity and impact still NOTHING!!! I KNOW I am smaller because I have gone down 2 -3 pants sizes, 1 top size, 2 dress sizes and 1 panty size and almost 2 cup sizes and maybe now 2 band sizes and yes there is the 20.5-21 pounds that I have lost but honestly I only would like to see maybe 2-3 more, that's it. Am I asking too much?!?
Anyway, so I typed it out anyway for your reading pleasure, LOL!! I am 5 ft 6.5 now (lost a quarter of an inch in my old age, LOL) and I weigh 202. Before you say well she's heavy, I wear a size 10 jean and a size 12 casual pant, I am very top heavy in that my bra size is a 40 G though the bra I wear now is actually a 40 DDD but only in this particular brand. I was an H and a 42. So tops take longer to come down in size and I sometimes still need a woman's size for the bust area. But I have gone down from a 18W to a 14 W so that was a good feeling.
All I want to see if BELOW 200!!!! Is that too much to ask?!?
And remember I can't taste any food, so textures matter.
Ok, rant over, advice accepted.
