    Hey Carolyn, I actually just spent a little more than I normally would've for a workout outfit, but to be honest...I feel so much better about my workouts now. :) Maybe it's all in my head. ;)

    Days off Before negative impact

    Alright Kristine, I'll go with you on this one... Breakfast - oatmeal, 1 slice wheat toast, fruit Snack - Protein Bar (Lean Body) Lunch - Salmon, Veggies Snack - protein shake (maybe :) Dinner- Grilled chicken, veggies, small baked potato. :) Let's see if I can stick to it. ;)
