Hi everyone,
I'm new to Cathe's forum and wanted to say "hello". I enjoy working out to alot of Cathe's workouts (weight training and non-step cardio). I also own non-Cathe fitness dvds and I belong to a gym. I think of myself as an intermediate exerciser who modifies advanced workouts.
I do cardio (jogging and kickboxing, but I'm not a pro at either), moderate weight training and I'm a new yogini. I can't say that I eat healthy always, but I'm trying! I've been reading the threads here and they're so interesting with many wonderful posts. I look forward to joining you ladies (and gentlemen) in the forums.
