Hi Cathe, first off I'd like to thank you for the wonderful workouts you provide.
I purchased some of your videos recently and am working on a rotation for weight loss and lean muscle mass.
I've been doing something like this:
Sunday - GS Chest & Triceps, Core Max (second session)
Monday - GS Legs (standing portion) 40 min. cardio, Core Max (first)
Tuesday - Rest
Wednesday - GS Back, Shoulders, Biceps, 30 min cardio, 15 minutes Abs
Thursday - 1 hour cardio, Core Max (Third session)
Friday - Muscle Max
Saturday - Rest
I've been doing this rotation for two weeks now. I've lost about 25 lbs over the past 7 months and I want to really define my body now.
Start weight, 145
Goal weight, 115
Current weight 121 1/2
