    I did, I read on the other thread how easy some thought it was and I was surprised. I did struggle throught the first week and took breaks, I took breaks during the warm up :(. I have been doing Cathe for a long time, have all her workouts and the Insanity workouts gave me a run for my money...

    I am 51 and doing Insanity going to begin week 4. I like the workouts and have been following the program but I am so used to variety that I think I am going to use them just as cardio - really miss my weights and my kettlebells.

    Well SHOOT! STS moves you cannot do???

    I just finished Week 1 of Meso 1 and cannot do: Staggered pushups on toes Stradle pushups on toes Bootcamp style pushups at all and on wall squats, I cannot go low enough to pick my weights off the floor but this is my first try - will work on that. I can only do about 5 pushups on my toes...

    This is mostly my opinion but eating is going to be the major deciding factor in your fat burning, cardio the second. Burn the Fat Feed the Muscle is a very good fat loss guide. Venuto says in BFFM if you are an advanced exercisor he recommends a 3 or 4 day split working each muscle group once...
