    Problems w/pre & post-workout meals

    Hi...not Cathe here but is there any way you could workout in the a.m. for cardio? That way you know you're tapping into fat stores after not eating all night. Also maybe try increasing the duration and/or intensity of your cardio workout to burn extra calories.

    christie-- I know what you mean. I was looking at some of the exercises in meso 1 and apparently 60% of my 1rm for the 21's on the first cd is 25lbs--each hand!! Are they crazy?! I'll give it my best.

    Thanks for the advice. It is hard to push myself when I'm working out at home, esp. with kids asking if I'm done yet. Sometimes I feel guilty not spending more time with them. Sounds like I'll give my sis a call and hit the gym with her for a session or two. Thanks again.
