    This workout is soooo tough Cathe. I mostly only do the Standing Leg Routine. I am usually spent after I get done with that portion. Workout aside, I love the look of this workout. I love the red and black contrast and the super clean look of the set. Thanks Saundra

    Oh I totally agree. Some segments that I wouldn't mind seeing appear on Cathe TV are some form pointers on MMA instructions. Others probably wouldn't mind have a combo or two from the Shock Cardio step workouts broken down. The segments are definitely missed.
