    Attention Butts and Guts DVD users

    I love Butts and Guts! I do mostly the standing work. I get a good burn and a good sweat. I am a pear so I need to do as much lower body work as I can. Actually Butts and Guts was my first Cathe DVD. I was looking for something for my lower body and someone recommended it. Now I'm hooked.

    I didn't like it. It was too easy. I didn't even break a sweat. And that was when I was just beginning to work out regularly.

    I noticed the bad form too. But I guess like a pp said it really is about making progress. I know that as I have lost weight that my form has improved. And now being pregnant with some things it is not as great as it could be.

    Kristine-Glad all is going well. I doing really good. Baby is growing and moving a lot. Still lifting weights 3 days and week and cardio 3 days. I am adding a section of Stretch Max after each cardio. It feels so good to stretch.

    I don't recall using the barbell in Chest and Triceps. It mostly uses dumbbells and band. I'm still debating whether to order Muscle Max.

    I am using the Gym Style DVDs right now. She uses barbells in Gym Style Legs for squats and deadlifts. But both of the exercises could be done with dumbbells. Barbell is also used for 1 back exercise. You could either use dumbbells or skip that part.

    I love Butts & Guts! I have Legs and Glutes too and rotate them. But I prefer Butts and Guts. I think it is more intense.

    Do you workout in the am or pm?

    I work out in the morning. Normally I don't eat before working out. But since I am pregnant I have to eat something. Usually it's yogurt or a piece of fruit. I eat quickly grab my water bottle and workout. I start as soon as the kids get on the bus at 6:40.
