    Which Cathe compilation DVD do you like best?

    I have Hardcore Extreme - I hardly use it as is - except for the high/low intervals. I wish I had the Terminator DVD it looks fun and like tough workouts. I have also read that Cardio Fusion is killer - but I don't think there is any weight work in it. Good Luck!

    Double Shot Saturday

    Hi Cathe! Did B&G today - that workout gets me every time no matter what other lower body workout I have been using. Love it! This workout along with Meso 2 legs and running have really toned the lower body this summer. Hope you are having a great weekend!

    I love Leg Blast B&G and the premixes from the Gym styles (chest and tris superset and back and biceps) these are shorter and super effective.
