    AT: What's NOT to love!!

    I did this one this morning and repeated the lower body portion starting with the step part to get an extra cardio effect - awesome and hard. A great workout- everything was burning! Those weighted lunged over the step kept me breathless. The second time round my balance was definately off!

    Just did this for the first time all the way through... a perfect workout when you are worn out from the week and want to work all your parts without being wiped out. I REALLY like the music for the stretch - could have done that part for the rest of the evening and then tuck myself into bed...

    This is me too - I haven't even noticed the music in Trisets (especially the plank with tricep extensions - killer) I did Afterburn tonight and I loved the music - fun and motivating. I am also tuned into Cathe's voice to get me through - I love it when she says "Who's Boss?":eek:

    If you do more than one full body workout a week - then yes. I have been doing a full body rotation to lean out a bit and I had to take an extra rest day. I would agree the High Reps seems to have a challenging leg section. I have learned not to underestimate the energy needed for a full body...

    Intensity....Whoa!!!

    I love Intensity - I can't stop doing this workout. I mostly do the step only section for a tough adrenaline rush tacked on after a weight workout. I love the music too!
