    Whoooo looks grand. I just got in from a five day vacation on the Cabot Trail in Cape Breton, Nova Scotia. If you get a chance, go go go. So beautiful in the Highlands.     Hmmm I think I'm still an hourglass even when slim but my arms and legs are a bit chunky for my liking . My shoulders are narrow but I have ample bust so I'm not a pear.

    Has anyone tried these? Which set should I start with, the getting started set or is it good enough to recommend the whole 8 DVDs as the best bargain? Is it a worthwhile endeavour? I like the minimal equipment idea .

    The site"myfitnesspal" put me at1200 cals. I think I'd probably faint after 5 minutes of To the Max at those calories! And I'd be hungry all day regardless.... Lol

    Fat roll on knees

    Is there any help for me to get rid of ugly rolls of loose skin or fat on my knees? It is so ageing on me. I have a 26" waist , 35" hips and then these blobby legs that look 20 years older than the rest of me. Thanks!
