    Thanks! I guess I need to accept that something has to give - I can't do it all without overtraining. But with the new Cathes coming, it's going to be hard. Did you find that your Wednesday cardio hurt your Thursday run? Also, did you do any leg weights?

    I'm starting an XTrain rotation Monday and plan to stick with it until the new DVDs come out. I will modify the schedule to incorporate 3 running days/week (planning to run my first half marathon in February).

    I just roll out of bed and workout with whatever remains of yesterday's deodorant. I know I stink at the end, but if my daughter won't get out of bed to get ready for school, I just threaten to hug her!

    I'm not sure if I missed a post, but has anyone heard an estimate for when Cathe will release the new workouts? I'll be finishing STS in mid-October, and I'm trying to decide what to do next. I'm kind of expecting first of the year.

    I don't know about the specific models you mentioned, but when we bought a treadmill several years ago we found the site treadmilldoctor.com to be very helpful. Good luck!

    I love the flexibility - I sometimes choose based on my available time and/or energy level on a given day. I love having all the options. It's great to do the whole thing. Awesome workout!

    How about an updated Ab Hits?

    I would love it if Cathe would make an updated Ab Hits dvd featuring 5-10 minute ab segments from her other dvds. Although the longer (20 minute) sections like STS abs are effective I don't do them as often as I should because they are usually too long to use as an add-on after cardio.

    I don't think they've announced an ending date for the presale. Usually they have several "tiers" - the lowest price is offered at first, then they'll raise it a little, then a little more. They normally announce the ending of a price offer a week ahead of time. HTH

    Which dvds (besides Travel Fit) don't require any equipment?

    I'm going on vacation next week and would like to bring along a couple of dvds. It will be my "active recovery" week after STS Meso One. I'll have access to a treadmill (basic hotel workout room) and plan to go for a lot of walks. I'll bring Travel Fit and bands, and tubing. Any suggestions?
