    can't walk

    Oh I am right there with ya!! i did B&G on saturday for the first time in over a year and my rear end has been talking to me ever since. I had serious DOMS Sunday and finally got to the point where walking up steps didn't hurt on Mondasy night.... gotta love that feeling!!!!
