We have no humidity here in the Yukon so the winters are crazy dry! I read in Fitness magazine to try out Olay 7 body wash. I hate putting cream on (too lazy) but this is like you wash and cream your body in the shower. My skin feels AMAZING and I am on my third bottle already :)

In one of the clean eating magazines there is a receipe for chia seed popsicles made with yougurt, orange, vanilla and vanillia bean. My kids liked it. Otherwise I add it to my smoothies too.

That's funny because I HATED Tracey's newest kickboxing. I bought it after all the reviews on here. It was so lame. I love KCM's and get a way better workout and the abs section IMO was really good. Laura
