i just recieved it and watched it. it looks tough. i think i will really enjoy it.he works hard on the legs and core. a minute cardio,minute wieghts,minute of core than repeat once. about 5 rounds then a bonus. fast paced. most of his workouts had 5 stars(one 4)
after sts i plan to buy his other dvds to make a rotation.
