Chiming in here..... I used Tonique as my cardio/leg work for an STS meso 1 rotation. I did a sort of condensed rotation where I did:
Day 1: chest/shoulders/biceps
Day 2: back/tri
Day 3: stretch
Day 4: tonique standing (not mat -- counted as legs & cardio)
Day 5: chest/shoulders/biceps
Day 6: stretch
Day 7: back/tri
Day 8: tonique standing
Day 9: stretch
and so on. I really liked the flow of this rotation -- I pushed myself really hard for a couple of days, had an easy day, etc. You certainly wouldn't have to do it this way, but I think you could sub in Tonique 2 for cardio or leg work, and you could sub in Tonique Mat for leg work (with no cardio effect).
