    Thanks ladies! Nancy, I've been looking at the set you mentioned, and I just ordered it - I hope it won't take forever to get here! TeTe, I totally hear ya about the "homemade surround sound," but I'm just not a fan of things in my ears, etc. - unless it's for a workout, of course! :D

    No, I don't even remember the last time I wore headphones for any reason - 10-15 years ago, maybe? I'm feeling kind of old and I'm only 28 :o I prefer to listen to music reaaly loud on the surround sound, so I'd only use the mp3 player for exercise (and future Cathe workouts!).

    Favorite 30 minutes of cardio

    Another vote for CTX Kickbox and Power Circuit! I also like to do the blasts in KM followed by 2 of the combos (shortened version of the "Bootcamp Challenge" premix). Another favorite of mine is the cardio & lower body premix in BC.

    Knees hurt with Ball roll outs

    My knees used to hurt with this one, too, until I rolled up an extra towel and put it under my knee caps (using a mat alone didn't protect my knees). I also made sure to really contract my abs hard during the movement and go as far out as I could on the ball.
