Rotation Ideas

Hi!

I'm on my last week of the Jan 06 rotation, "Let's Work" and I'm wondering what to do next.

Has anyone done the Feb 06 rotaton or May 07 rotation (premixes) and if so, what are your results?

I'm looking to continue fat burning and defining muscle.

Would love your ideas and thoughts!

I can't help you with those rotations, but I just started the Jan '07 rotation (in response to your Jan '06 comment). I like how it rotates the Gym Styles and Pyramids without a ton of cardio. I, like you, am aiming for fat loss and muscle definition and thought I'd give this one a try. I love weightlifting, but don't love cardio in the same way, so I'm hoping that this one will do the trick (along with a clean diet, of course - my main nemesis!) x(

Hi LD!!! Hope all is well! We both made it through the Aug 05 Bootcamp!!! How'd that go for you? I liked it.

Trying to find something else now to burn calories and create definition and that's plain fun :)

bumping in hopes to get great rotation ideas from all. I'll be done with mine this Thursday. I'll rest Friday and start something Sat...ideas?
