    Where are you feeling it? I always experience DOMS after GSLegs but I don't do it nearly as often as you do. I've pinpointed my soreness as being caused by the elevated deadlifts. Speaking of which, I really should do that workout today... ;) thanks!

    Ageing Gracefully

    So all I want to say on this subject is that DH's 83 year old+ grandma stopped coloring her hair last year and it still shocks me to see her. She's waay more beautiful with her all-white hair rather than her weak reddish hair so all I'm trying to say is don't wait too long!!! ;)
